DW 5×14 10-Lug Black Nickel Over Brass Snare Drum (217-2)

Description

2000s made in Mexico DW 5×14 10-lug black nickel over brass snare drum in very good condition. Zero issues. It’s very clean with no rust and only light scattered pitting. The black hardware has some wear in places as well. The Remo heads still have life in them. It has Puresound Equalizer snare wires. 2.3mm hoops. The snare throw off works smoothly. The shell is round and level (I checked), but there are some small hammer marks near one lug where it looks like a dent was hammered out (see pictures). It’s not very noticeable. 3 or 4 tension rods are a bit longer than the others and therefore are not original. All of them thread smoothly. Overall it’s a great budget-friendly snare that looks and sounds good. More info available.
