Appear to be a 1970s Ludwig LE75 ratchet/rattle. It’s complete and functional but does show signs of age and use. The chrome has pitting and tarnish. One of the wood pieces looks to have cracked and been glued at some point (see picture). The clamp works as it should. Some of the nails have loosened a bit.
